Depending on the affected parts of the system, your AC might deliver cool air, warm air, or no air at all. A blown compressor fuse will shut the AC system down completely. Bacteria can also lurk around the evaporator coil. Given time, the bacteria will expand and block the drain line. The drain line drains water from the heater box and allows it to drop onto the ground. When the drain line is blocked, the heater box will fill with water and excess water will drip onto the passenger side carpet.
