This model has Dana 44 front and rear axles, an electronically disconnecting front sway bar, electronic locking differentials in the front and back, rock tails, tow hooks, and special wheels designed for off-road traction. The Rubicon has skid plates for the transmission, fuel tank, and transfer case. It also comes with Jeep’s Rock-Trac heavy-duty four-wheel-drive system and massive 33-inch all-terrain tires.
It Has Top Safety Features
All Wrangler models come with a rearview camera and stability control. All but the Sport trim give you the option to add Jeep’s Active Safety Group, which comes with rear parking sensors and a blind-spot monitor, along with LED taillights. The Advanced Safety Group comes with these features and adds a forward-collision warning system, automatic high-beam headlights, and adaptive cruise control.
You Can Stay Connected On or Off the Road
The state-of-the-art infotainment system and technology features keep you connected and entertained. Along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, the Wrangler can connect to Amazon Alexa. Simply use your voice to ask Alexa to send you a destination, check to see if you need gas, and even start the Wrangler remotely. The available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hot spot means passengers can use the internet while on the road. The hot spot has connections for up to eight devices, so you and your friends can connect and even use it within a 50-foot radius.
