While these structures were likely once used for religious gatherings, they are now on display for educational purposes. The Anderson Speedway is probably the best-known attraction in the city, as it is the closest race track to the famous Indianapolis Speedway, but offers stock car races at a much more affordable price. Locals and visitors who want to cheer on their favorite drivers, but don't want to pay the steep NASCAR entry fees at the larger track in the bigger city, will find a summer full of fun at the Saturday night races and special events in Anderson.
